Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Prajapati Catering Service. We hired them for my dad's 70th birthday last weekend, and they completely blew us away. Usually, when you host a party, you spend the whole time stressing in the kitchen, but they took care of everything. The food was insane—people were literally hovering around the taco bar / brisket platter and asking for the caterer's name all night. On top of that, the team was just so incredibly sweet and easy to work with. If you want amazing food and zero stress, just book them. Seriously.
